Items: ten soda cans, rocks or sand.

Location: busy road

If you and your friends have run out of thing to do, what you could do is get about ten cans of soda fill them with rocks and/or sand, and when no cars are in sight, put them lined up side by side across the road.
Get to a place where no one can see you and watch as people swerve around the cans. One cop did mistake them for bombs and poked some with a stick lol. Its pretty funny to do the same things with bags of leaves in the fall.
