May 04, 2005 9:27 pm - Make a HYBRID! Get a a metal pipe with threads on one end. But a end cap and make sure it can come on and off easily. Drill a hole near the threads, about 1/2 away. Make some sort of handle and attach it to the pipe. To fire, just load the ball, add some powder, screw the cap on and stick in a fuse.

May 01, 2005 9:27 pm - potassium permangrate is it true that you can get potassium permangrate from a produce disc thats used to make vegetables last longer. i read on the ingrediants and it listed potassium permangrate but it might be so little it wouldn’t work as an oxidizer. if there was some in it is there any way i could extract it.
May 01, 2005 10:20 pm - read the ingredients, then find out what is listed first, that is what is most abundant in the product. if its what you want, try it. suppose it is the last ingredient, there is probalbl just traces of it. hope that helps.
May 02, 2005 12:25 am - pottassium permanganate Why not just get it from the local chemist shop/drugstore.If they want to know why you want it,,say its for your snakebite kit (its used in Ozz to treat snakebite),,or that you breed tropical fish,(its an antifungal cure for skin diseases in fish).
It also goes off with a bang if you mix it with glycerine (in a confined space).
I made my own snake bite kit.You just ask for a jar of potassium permanganate,,,,its not a brand name.My snake bite kit has a razor blade,tournequet,bandage etc etc.
Potassium permanganate is quite legal to buy.All chemist shops have it.
