aluminum powder has many uses. it can be mixed with potassium perclorate or potassium clorate to make flash powder. it is also used in rocket engines. thermite also can be made by mixing it with iron oxide. iron oxide can be made at home. for information on how to make it at home search for it in the egg directory. iron oxide also can be found in some paint stores. well aluminum powder is used as a paint filler. it is found at "West marine" or any other boating store. it comes in a small can made by the brand "west system". the powder inside the can is extreamly fine powder. it is rather expensive thou so if u can buy it over the internet try that and u can save some money.

this egg does not get rated by me b/c its not an egg. but thanks for the tip. there are West Marine stores all over the place, tons in the south. they have some awesome shyte too. if you go in there and just talk to em and be friendly, thell give you some awesome discounts! i got a $500 wakeboard for $130!! you just cant beat that!

in my metals class we make c-clamps out of aluminum blocks and theres like 150 people doing that same project. so in one week i can easily get about a quart of aluminum shavings. i usually put them in peoples shoes in gym class because theyre pretty sharp.
