easy way to get out of a parking ticket...

Matrials:
1. Spray paint
2. envelope
3. paper
4. camera (10 dollar ones)

WHAT TO DO:
lets say that its on a "no parking on this side of the street" ticket.
1. Spray paint the sign
2. take a picture of the sign spray painted
3. take the paper and write "you have signs that i cannot read, there should’nt be a ticket"
4. mail in the note, and the picture, the ticket

that that is it
