WHat you need:
Locks that you need keys to open with
the keys to the locks...
(get every senior to pay for one lock...)
get as many locks as there are freshmen lockers..

What to do
Put the locks on the freshmens lockers and lock them...
take the keys and right before the bell is going to ring for the period to end throw the keys into the hall so everyone is running around to find their key

That would be hilarious, except for the little fact that the cstodians will just come and clip the locks right off, making all your efforts-and money spent-a waste.
