These are loud and mostly safe firecrackers.

Materials:
safety or cannon fuse
saturn missiles
a nail
hot glue gun
electrical tape
a vise
scissors

Procedure:
1: Take the wrapping off the missiles so you see the cardboard tubes.
2: Take off one of the tubes, and let the internal fuse slide through it.
3: Put the tube in the vise and pick up the rocket, making sure all the BP stays in the tube.
4: Carefully cut the plastic down to the powder, and put any loose powder in the cardboard tube. Put all white powder in the cardboard tube. And then trim down the plastic until you can see orange powder.
5: Shove the rest of the pastic piece down the tube with the nail.
6: Now use the nail to open up 1 of the holes the internal fuse came through and put in your fuse. Use hot melt glue to seal the fuse, and the small hole on the other side.
7: Cut the tube to the tip of the rocket, and seal the rocket in with glue
8: Tape around the whole thing, using 1-3 layers.
9: Light the fuse and enjoy.
