Feb 24, 2006 9:32 pm - what a day.... first, in school, i rotated from engine performance/diagnostics to brakes. i had to do a shitload of book work and take notes. after that i went to my normal classes and everything was normal there so i will not explain it... after school, i find there is a meeting at work, so i decide to go in early and work something out with my boss because i had a "date" later on. im on the last street before the big Lube and i get fucken pulled over for speeding. so i got a $75 ticket a FUCKEN BLOCK away from work. work was work. everything was normal except the meeting going on later that night. so i work something out with my boss and she said that i can skip the mandatory meeting if i bring in my date and introduce her to everybody. if i didnt then i would have gotten written up. so i pick up my date and take her over to Jiffy Lube. i introduce everyone and i had to move on to the theatre because the movie started in 10 minutes. so we get there and find some decent seats. well, "when a stranger calls" is a bad movie, dont see it. after that we drove to taco hell and got some food and ate it at a local park. we drove around and talked about stuff when it came time to bring her home. thats it. Jul 19, 2005 11:10 am - Hell Ya man i recently got a job at Jiffy Lube. Although all i do is wash windows and vacuum interiors (they call it courtsey) i still make 7.50 an hour. my boss has me working 40 hours a week so thats $300 a week, so in a month i make $1200. theres a down side to this. the work is very stressful and my other boss keeps yelling at me and barking orders at me even when im doing everything im supposed to. the other downer is that i only see half of my paycheck because my parents take half to put in my savings account. im probablly not going to be a courtsey person for long now, because we are getting new guys.
