OK THIS IS EASY

FIRST YOU NEED "FLAMING FLOUR" WHICH IS 2 PARTS RUBBING ALCAHOL 1 PART FLOUR
NEXT YOU WILL NEED THE CHEAP SNACK BAGS THE ONES WITH OUT THE ZIPLOCK THING
PUT HE FLAMING FLOUR IN THE BAGGY FILL IT SO IT IS LIKE THE SIZE OF A GOLF BALL
THEN PUT A FUSE IN THE BAG AND MAKE THE BAG SO IT IS TIGHT
THEN PUT A RUBBER BAND (RUBBER BANDS FROM BRACES WORK BEST) AROUND THE FUSE SO NOTHING COMES OUT
NEXT YOU WILL NEED A SLING SHOT
PUT THE BAGGY IN THE POUCH OF THE SLING SHOT AND LIGHT THE FUSE AND SHOOT AT A WALL OR SOMETHING HARD SO THE BAGGY WILL BREAK
THE "FLAMING FLOUR " SHOULD START TO FLAME AND BURN

HAVE FUN SHOOTING IT AT STUFF
IF YOU HAVE A BETTER WAY TO DO IT LET ME KNOW PLZ!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
