I just found a picture on my computer of a hand-held potato cannon I made last year using things I found around the house.
I’m really not sure why I didn’t made an egg out of it..but I’ll let you know about it just in case you’re interested.
What I Iused:
- an old spring bb gun
- a vitamin water bottle
- a 1/2 inch diameter pvc pipe
- duct tape, zip ties, and hotglue
- and a piezoelectric sparker
Some Random Info on the Gun:
-The indent on the bottom of the vitaminwater bottle was a perfect match for the 1/2 inch pvc. Also the vitaminwater bottle has a large cap which makes it easier to load fuel.
-The barrel was a perfect diameter for one AA battery with 1 layer of duct tape around.
-There was a space
-The coolest thing about it was that the trigger was hooked up to the piezo electric igniter so it would fire when you pulled the trigger. :)
By the way, this is me last year. ^

Couldn’t help noticing your system doesn’t have a fuel injection system.
I got a jet nozzle so my pistol gets the right air/fuel mix. That means you don’t have to blow new air into it each time and you get an excellent mix/shot every time.

and its funny how i post smth about a potato gun that happens to include pictures of me.....and you guys make it about penises and whatnot...lol
