i dont know exactly how the ban system works, but i think this kid def needs to get banned. If it’s possible, ban his IP address so he cant log onto RE on his comp EVER again. If we are going to complain about anyone spamming, it’s this guy.

you cant stop some one from going on there pc from the IP, the worst you can do is block him from this site and then report him to his ISP and they dont do anything unless the authorityies get involved
and if you used his IP to block him from this site then he can simply change it, im not gona say how cause he might no know then if i say how in here he will know
