There is no mention of underpants in the song so it can be infered (since he IS a fucking man of steel with kick ass boots of lead) that he has no need for underwear. So No, IronMan doesnt wear underwear.

well, the song is about a guy that travels into the future or some shit, so at one time he was a man, then on his way back he got in this magnetic storm or something...therefore, perhaps his underpants were metal-ized with him

some people say the song Ironman is in reference to satan, i have never seen a pic of the devil without pants on, but yet i find it hard to believe that he would bother with underwear,,who knows? i’ll say no
