Does anybody know a good file compression program I can use to compress 1.3GB to about 650MB (in a reasinable amount of time)? Winace takes for-fucking-ever and hardly compresses anything.

Cheers.

XP makes the same file as WinZip called a "compressed folder"

You can, however, use WinZip without buying it. There is just a nag-ad in the beginning of it.

WinRAR is another compression utility you can try, personally I find it annoying.

Thanks. I have Winzip, but last time I used it, only 11MB was compressed. I’ll try WinRar, I think I have it buried somehwere. Any idea’s on how long that’ll take? Thanks.
