also i would up all the speed limits (road rage) and kill anyone wiht disease and stuff... everyone with aids.. gets killed and shot off into space... and stuff like that

i would make the entire country a giant paintball field. everywwhere you went, including airplanes, you would wear your mask and carry your marker with you. a shootout could take place anytime, anywhere. the only thing stopping everyone from fighting alll the time would be the fear of losing, if you get shot, you get sent to a prison like facility for a motnh or two. also, the country would have a giant radar system, it tracks all paintball speed, if you shoot over 280 fps, you get kicked out of the country. paintball+air vending machines would be everywhere. i could go on, but i dont think anyone cares...
