No, he didnt write No Niggers In Our Schools. I dont think.
He has a right to make music with those lyrics, just as rap artists can say "i never loved a white man, but i love to call them cracker".
He’s a good country artist, and i think he writes music for some of the more modern country stars today.

I love Johnny Rebel.. not that I’m racist or anything, I just find it humorous, and Johnny Rebel had a great sense of humor in his music.. or maybe I’m just fucked up.. but if his music makes you angry.. I think its either because your black.. or you dont have a sense of humor.

Actually, I just had a discussion about that with my friend. The song sounds nothing like Johnny Cash, because it was originally written by someone else, whose name I’m blanking on right now. It wasn’t Johnny Rebel either.
As for this song, my friend’s drunkard of a dad owns Johnny Rebel shit on record AND 8 track. Then again, it was his dad’s dad’s, and I heard he was a crazy guy.
