So i talked to my doctor and he told me that some frequencies from girls voices cause sperm to go into an uproar and start massive brawls and actually slam into the walls of my testes, this would explain all the pain.

Yea umm... It’s not normal, it’s a condition that happens to SOME people. Meaning that most of us do not experience this pain, meaning that it’s NOT normal.
