Usually once you hit level 10, you are known to the site as an "active member", which gives you some respect. But it’s the way you conduct yourself that matters.

You can be level 20 and be a complete cunt squat of a noob. Don’t judge it by level. I’ve seen members on level 1 with more sense than ones on level 10.

yea like everybody said it’s respect that considers yourself a "n00b" or not... because some new members culd win the lottery and be able to upgrade to lvl 10 within 3 weeks. that doesnt make them a non n00b it makes them lucky. and since nobody respects them they are considerd a "n00b"
