Over here on long island, skateboarding is officially illegal everywhere except for park’s tomorrow.If you get caught it’s a $50 fine and $5 to get your board back.God damn I need help, there has to be some way to prevent this.

When I go down the main drag I use my board to get there. Well I say protest, get a heap of signatures and shit (pfft, thats gunna be hard) but your pretty much going to have to take it...

Why are they illegal? Bikes are way more dangerous anyway.

Because most skateboarding leaves grind marks and shit on curbs and stuff. BMX also do that but to many people over here use bikes for getting places.
