I was reading I think Cosmo magazine today, and they had this article on this "ritual" they do from out west in the states in Mormon country. Apparently multiple wives are no longer good enough for these people, the fathers are now "marrying" their daughters.
They’re doing these "virginity committment ceremonies" by the hundreds. The fathers will wear tuxes and the girls get dressed up in prom gowns & tiaras, and they have this huge banquet. The youngest girl mentioned in the article was like 10, the oldest mentiond was 20 something. And the fathers make them sign these virginity oaths, saying if they so much as kiss a boy before marriage, they are no longer pure and therefor no longer daddy’s jewel (their wording). Then the girls get wedding rings, and they have formal pictures taken. Sitting on dad’s knee, just like a wedding picture. It looks so perverted.
I dunno, does this seem unnatural to anyone else? I be damned if I’d let me daughter’s marry their father, OR tell them if they kiss someone they’re not good enough anymore. And fathers are doing this by the hundreds!

No they dont fuck their dads (so they say). They vow to keep pure til their marriage. But with those fucking mormons, who knows. They do some nasty ass shit.
Yeah I saw your thread after I posted this and started laughing. I just wanted to get mine in before I read forums cuz Im going home in 15 mins =)

i used to date a girl whos mum was mormon, her mum got preggers when she was 18,so wouldnt let her daughter date or anything cus she didnt want her getting preggers....
actually, my ex’s mum was mormon, but she wasnt half as bad so it was ok

there’s a mormon church round corner from my house (i live in england) ...its huge and looks cool but they aint allowed to do owt like that in our country :D

My ex’s brother decided to convert to Mormonism a few years ago, his now wife refused, So to compromise they had a JP wedding, and the church flipped a fit that they were living in sin because in their eyes they weren’t married. They’re not allowed alcohol or caffeine. They keep a whole harem of wives, and marry their 14 year old daughters off to 55 year old uncles. I am NOT ok with this!!!

I’d kill myself if I was mormon. I am a legally ordained minister though, while I’m Wiccan. You see how fucking religious, good goody and pure I am!

my mormon family is nothing like this.
i don’t necessarily care for them, but they’re nice people.
some Catholic priests had sex with young boys, but that doesn’t mean they all do.
