A good anti-spyware program, or virus protection, and it can’t be ad-aware, I already have that and it is definitely not working. My computer keeps putting up warning that I only have 30% protection.

Ad-Aware works great for me.
Try Spybot Search and Destroy.

Your computer is putting up a warning saying you only have 30% protection? Why would your computer do that?
Since when do computers tell you how much protection you have.... O_O
Maybe its some trojan trickery.
