Does anyone know a site where I could resize an image for my avatar because im not on my computer and i dont want to download infranveiw, but i already tried imageshack and it wont let me for whatever reason.

It only takes certain sized images, this site takes slightly larger images, thogh they redid the look of it so it might have changed a bit since I used it last time, but they all have a limit to how big an image you can re-size.
