ok i was playing with some vodka and a lighter there and i accidently set fire to my hand i got it out but its turned all red and its starting 2 sting more every minute is there anythin 2 stop the stinging i think my whole hand is going to blister leading to some questions that i dont want

I would put it in cold water. I’m not sure if thats what you are supposed to do though. This is a bad thing that I don’t know what to do if I get burned.

The stinging is from the fire drying out the moisture in your skin. Put some kind of moisturizing cream all over your hand and wrap a towel around it. Nothing furry though because the little hairs can get stuck in your skin.

dont use oil based lotions
dont pop any blisters
wrap your hand in cling film
you might want to go to the hospital for obvious reasons

Probably 1st degree burns, raid the first aid box/shelf/cupboard for any burn treatments/ointments. Run it under the cold tap for a while too for good measure

Get a pot of cold water, and soak your hand for a LONG time. They hurt pretty bad, so if you have codeine or Hydrocodone, pop the unrecommended dosage to ease the pain, and calm you down. Don’t pic at it, and don’t worry if it blisters up.
