Oh, and are you fucking stupid? How did you get from level 1 to where you are now? BY RATING EGGS! You don’t just randomly get eggpoints, there’s no eggpoint ferry that browses the site and give out points.

A few ideas:
-Make it mandetory to leave a comment after rating
-Make it like a poll where it shows who rated what
-Make it so if you rate a 0* you get your level in points, 1* you get your level in points +.00001% interest , 2*s +.00002%, 3*s +.00003 etc etc.
-Make it so vote 0*s get your level in points, 1* your level +1 in points, 2*s your level + 2 in points reward etc etc

mainly because-
a noob creates an egg, thats average (3*). sets it so level 20 or over can vote, no noobs voting it down, and all the members who vote properly will vote 3, and the egg will be 3* not lower. :S
