Try booting safe mode and choosing "Last Good Settings".

here’s what you do:

1. download ubuntu, kubuntu, or edubuntu (linux)
2. burn it to a disk
3. format hard drive
4. install linux

Easy. Just delete your interface and wtf folder. You are good to go!

P.S. They are in the WoW folder. As in C:\\Program Files\\World of Warcraft\\
