not sure if you guys are big on e-bay and all that but ill give it a shot anyways.
do you have to have your pay pal account linked to a bank account/credit card to receive money? or can it just hang out on the internets until your ready to buy something?

They say you don’t have to, but I had nothing but shit when I was unverified. It let me accept the first 2 payments, then I couldn’t get any of the rest. I linked it to my savings account, and it works fine now.
