recently I lost 20 gig of music
(hard drive fked itself).
which fking sucks. like 80% of it was downloaded.
I was wondering whats the best way to download music.
I use a few warez sites to get albums. and ive been using limewire but with limewire i have found it gives shit all results. I know of frostwire but for some reason it doesn’t work on my pc.
is there any other good P2P clients to use.
or does anyone know any good direct mp3 download sites ?

thats the safest and fastest way, you type a bands name into the search bar and it will come up with every cd that band has recorded, it’s amazing!

Limited but theres some good stuff there, never dl’ed entire albums there though.
Thats all i know. I use Limewire, but i’ve heard that Ares is god as well.

I use torrents and download whole cd’s I don’t know why but having one or 2 songs from the artist instead of a cd or something to organise them into really pisses me off.

same, it is so frustrating, if i like a band i D/L all there songs, and if i REALLY like em i’ll buy there CD to support them

Soulseek fucking sucks.
I don’t speak taco bell... Most of the shit is in Spanish and they don’t have anything good.
Ares is much better.

I pretty much only use demonoid. You also have to seed to at least a 1:1 ratio, I normally seed to a 3:1 ratio though, because alot of the times I don’t so I normally end up with 1.5 or something.
