Hey..has anyone tried these?

I remember there used to be a memeber here who took them regularly but I’m not sure if he’s still around.

I just bought like an oz of it and am planning to take around 12.5g.

If you have any experiences with it, post it (including preparation please)...I think I’ll just make a tea, seems to be the best method.
