It would be stupid for that law to happen. A lot less money would be in America. Drug money is a huge business.
He is just trying to scare people from bringing drugs in because it would be so risky. The price on marijuana would sky rocket in America also.

That law would just mean more domestic bud would be bought and sold. Bringing cocaine over the border is where the real money is at.

For weed? Are you fucking stupid?
Everybody has a right to a "fair and speedy trial" here in America. Do you know how backed up the court system is just because some kid has a dime bag or more? Do you know how much money is spent on keeping "harcore criminals" that smoke/grow/sell weed in prison? Too fucking much.
Enforcing harsher peneltys on people who smoke/sell/grow weed would make us (tax paying Americans) spend more money on VICTIMLESS crimes.
