The cops here usually wont take anyone down for having some weed on them or smoking it, unless your like bonging right outside there station. From what iv’e seen they will confiscate paraphenalia(spelling?) instead of taking the one gram or whatever thats on you, anyone who carries much more than that for a long time deserves to taken in.

A few states in the US have it "decriminalized" which means you can legally possess a certain amount and not get busted for it. I know in Oregon you can have like up to a pound on you which is a fucking lot of weed. That was back in like 2001 though, I’m rusty on my drug laws.

Yeah, in some US states it’s legal to have small amounts on you... it’s just illegal to smoke, buy, or sell it.
