I found the easiest way to make flash powder is from Potassium Perchlorate &
Aluminum Powder,
Where can you get those two chemicals from? Are they from household Items?

The only one of those two that might have a chance of being a household item would be the aluminium powder. Some chrome (silver) paint contain flake aluminium powder which give them the shiny silver colour. You’ll need a lot of acetone, some paint, filter papers, disposable glasswear or solvent proof plastics. You can work it out from there. You’ll get a very tiny small amount of aluminium powder and probably won’t even be able to use it in flash powder.

www.unitednuclear.com
They have all the fireworks supplies you need. However, they no longer provide German Dark Aluminium. Read the de5criptions, they are very informative. I find that bright aluminium works very well. They also sell tubes and caps.
Be very very careful, and have fun!

You could make aluminum powder. It’s just a lot harder. I suggest you buy some at home depot or whatever store near you that is similar. Potassium perchlorate can be bought at home depot as a very powerful bleaching powder. Little do they know...

dude, KCl04 (pottasium perchlorate) is not found at home depot as *very powerful bleaching cleaner*, very powerfull bleaching cleaner is sodium hypochloarate, if u cant buy pottasium perchlorate use other substances, as for as aluminum powder goes u can get it out of an etch-n-sketch or u can go to a machine shop and ask them for aluminum metal shavings
