No, ping pong balls are made from nitrocellulose and camphor oil (what makes them stink). Well, at least the cheap ones are NC. I’m guessing the champhor oil smoke isn’t really good for you...Don’t smoke it. Drugs are bad.

Nitrocellulose *IS* an explosive, but it kinda sucks, and you’ll need alot of ping pong balls for a decent explosive, plus in ping pong balls the nitration percentage isn’t as high as explosive grade.
