Today I was supposed to return a bowl to a friend of mine, and the bitch didn’t show up to school.
Me and another friend went to the usual place to smoke a ciggarette, we did so and wen’t back over to where we usually chill and talk to people. That’s when I knew something was fishy. One of the deans walks up to us and greets us, we greet him back and then he lingers for a moment. He says" I smell smoke, you guys haven’t been smoking have you?" We both said that we had smoked before school, little did I know we had already been ratted out.
So he takes me and my friend and another frend to the office with us, I didn’t get a chance to ditch anything. At first they just questioned us, I told them I had smoked this morning, the teacher that saw us was right there, I figured I get a saturday school. Then he asked if we were smoking weed and I said no just ciggarettes. He asked us if we would submit to a searching, I said no, and he said alright. He tried to scare me into it saying we could do this the easy way or the hard way, but I already gave him my ciggarettes, which is what he smelled, so I was fully within my rights to deny. I though I had gotten off.
He sent us outside his office while he talked with another dean. After a while the resource officer came in and started questioning me, I told him the same story. When they went through my stuff they found some of my mushroom drawings. Apparently that’s reasonable suspicion and it was no longer up to me if I would be searched or not, I still don’t buy that and I may use it.
But they did find the bowl, nice and resinated. He took a pinch of resin and the test did come back positive, in fact it came out very very positive. I laughed when he said it was the most purple he’s sever seen the test come out. I admitted to nothing, and they decided not to charge me. I am suspended for 10 days and reccomended for expulsion although I may just yet slide by. If I am expelled, I can return after completing 9-18 weeks in alternative school. My one friend got off with two saturday schools and the other wasn’t even there although they tried to say they saw him with us, and he got off free. Dirty motherfuckers will try to bust anybody they can.
My parents aren’t too mad, they’re mosly mad I got myself caught. Looks like I’m going to have a very boring life for a while though.

I’m a little smarter than that, I plan on finishing school. Weed hasn’t effected my ability to think in the years that I’ve smoked it, you can think what you want but alcohol will do so much more damage to your brain, not to mention your digestive tract.
I’m not the kind of person who likes getting drunk, being drunk makes me an idiot, being high doesn’t. Hell, I’ve written some of my best essays completely stoned.
The larges percentage of people who smoke weed are white btw, mexicans and blacks are just more open about it.

Damn that fucking sucks dude, thats one of the main reasons I dont bring pieces to school.
I’ve been smoking at school for the past 3 days, and each day I get more and more paranoid. I dont think Im going to smoke at school anymore, I have 1 month of high school left and I really dont want to fuck myself in the ass.
Mushroom drawings? Tell them to fuck themselves, its art and they can go pack sand.
Are you going to go on any probation of sorts because of it?

I’m in Florida, the penalties aren’t extremely harsh. If you were busted growing with less than 99 plants you will never see a prison cell. Most people here, even adults just end up on probation. It’s still bullshit, the punishment for using the drug should never be worse than the physical consequences. It’s unconstitutional.
They aren’t going to press charges, so no probation, I told them I was getting rid of it that day and that I hadn’t smoked in two weeks. I guess they bought it and decided not to press charges.
I used to smoke at school quite a bit, but they started getting wise, so if I’m gonna be high in school it’s a joint on the way to the bus stop so when I get there I have nothing on me. I almost never bring shit like that to school, I was supposed to give it back to a guy who left it over at my place.
The drawings were good to! The asshole threw them away before I could say anything... it’s not the first time they’ve taken them from me too, ignorant fucks.

I"m sorry to hear you got busted man. I where I live the laws are really harsh, so I’d like to move to NY or California where posession is just a misdemeanor. I hope you don’t get expelled. We all know how unjust the pot rules/laws are.

If you dont have anything that blatently advertises that you smoke weed then they can go pack sand, like for real.
Even if I did/didnt have anything on me Id still make a big deal if they wanted to search me for somthing stupid.

I did, and boy did they try to get me to agree.
After they found the drawings they sent me out of the room again. The officer came in a few minutes later and without saying anything but "I have to search you." started searching me. I think that’s partially why they didn’t press charges.

Lol, I shook the head deans hand before I left, I don’t think he liked shaking my hand like we were equals. :P I can’t wait to get back in school, they think they didn’t like me beofre.
You see they never liked me, but they were never able to bust me for anything, I was too smart. Today I made their day, and my day will come when I return to schoo even if it has to be next year.
Haha, it’s the only thing that’s gonna keep me in line at alternative school.
