Well I play this game and ive been looking in the game files folders and found LevelExp file so I opened in notepad but it came up as jibberish is there a program that I can get that will open them.

Is there a specific program that will open this file but will show it as numbers and letters not just loads of keys

If it’s Runescape, don’t bother. Just play the game. Tons of 12 year olds have tried to "hack" it with a hex editor they have no idea how to use.

No the game isn’t runescape, its called conqueronline
http://www.conqueronline.com is there not a single program that will let me edit this file easily?
