Whats your workout schedules? I just bang out as many pullups as I can, and do whatever the fuck else I feel like doing. Pretty random, so yeah....anyone else have workout schedules or sum shit?

Every couple minutes or so reach for my coke... Every hour go upstairs (yes up the stairs!) nd get doritos or some other junkfood.. Fart on occasion. That’s about it.

I do pullups, military press, bench press, arnold press, chainsaws, front dumbell raises, lunges with weights on my back, tricep pulleys, and running.

But I do this every other day so I have time foar my muscle to grow back, and cause I only have practice every other day.

I try to swim at the multiplex for about 5 hours on Saturdays and when I don’t work, I do 20-30 min walks, and I bike quite a bit... I’m fat though lol.

My mom rode her bike like 105 miles from Humble, TX to Galveston once.

I just eat like 800 calories a day, I’ve lost 30 lbs.

I used to walk to get cigarettes? I think that fact that I smoke defeated the purpose of walking . Yea, walking up stairs is all I do.

Bench:5 sets of 10 reps of 80lbs

Curls:5 sets of 5 reps of 40lbs

Tricep dips: 5 sets of 5 reps of 40lbs

Sit ups: 175 every night.

If your trying to gain muscle the fastest way to do it is:
Exersise regularly, try to do it every other day to allow your muscles to heal and grow.

Diet: cut back on fats and sugars, try to get more protein in your diet, taking multi-vitemins help also.

Rest: you need lots of sleep if you are going to try to gain muscle. More than 10 hours is good.

i tried to start going for runs again after my little ankle injury but i had to stop halfway through cause the pain was too damn much to handle

I also need orthodics for my shit arches..

i dont know... i really want to be able to get back into running...

however i do play hockey for 2 1/2 seasons and lacrosse for 1 season.

Every once in a while I play DDR when I have time. And chase a 4 yo. I cant do pushups, I snapped a tendon. I cant do situps, I have a hernia. Maybe thats why I’m starting to get fat

my old socials teacher (who was also a football coach) used to eat peanut butter out of the bucket every once in a while to help gain muscle mass....

he was also a tard so you never know...
