I think Cain is mostly used for LAN s since it takes advantage of ARP poisoning. You might try LANGUARD. But, I agree, I think your best bet would be phishing or social engineering.

phishing is fairly easy, there are tons of eggs on it. Only hard part is getting them to go to the site. Just post something like "check out this crazy vid!" or something about "get tons of myspace friends!"
Thats what most "myspacers" fall for.
