MM: I suspect that. However, when I was into pyro, I used to post in Totse’s Backyards Ballistics section. I learned 80% of my pyro from there, and the other 20% was from wikipedia. We’ve all got to get our info somewhere. As long as we know it, and don’t pretend to, the source of info matters nothing.

Ammonia and chlorine? Do you mean NH3 and Cl2 gasses? Or do you mean chlorine gas and household ammonium hydroxide? Or bleach and household ammonia? Probably household ammonium hydroxide and bleach.
Also, it makes chlorine, or nitrogen trichloride as gasses. But, that reaction can make other liquids/solids, hydrazine being one.

BTW: You’re not cool or anything because you know a few things. I know the three main nitro explosives, but it doesnt really prove anything. Also, there are MANY different gasses produced in detonations, remember we live in an atmosphere of OXYGEN?
