They’ll get discouraged and think twice if its worth spamming or not. When they made the Lvl 2 rule it took out about 80% of all spammers and trolls, it’ll probably take out even more of them

I think you should have to be a level 3 or higher to make an egg too. It’ll stop some of these stupid speggs.
