I basically just need an excuse to show off this design. I designed the comment box today, I wanted one, but with a curved outside. I plan on moving it and the flash profile soon, to make the profile look a bit better.

Looks nice, a great layout and it all stays with its theme which is pretty damn bad ass. Great job at this.

Yes, unfortunately, I made this layout to separate myself further from myspace users. Not to mention, it would be hard to distribute, because the person using it would have to change all the stuff in the flash object. I’m considering making more custom layouts in the future, I just don’t have a whole lot of time as of right now to design new ones from scratch.

I figured out what I’m going to add in the thin blank space next to the comment box and flash object. A scrolling div listing 10-15 friends.

That’s pretty cool, images with transparency, right? And I don’t plan on distributing my MySpace code. I’m considering buying a domain and making a site with a bunch of CSS/HTML tricks and whatnot, but haven’t gotten around to it yet.

It takes a lot of time, and knowledge of HTML and CSS. I could have easily just gotten a profile off of some shitty myspace site, but that would have lowered me to the level of other myspace users, which I refuse to do.
I also could have just stuck with the default design, but myspace’s design/color scheme is just awful.
