A machine that costs $10,000,000 should NOT malfunction, it should be built with such overkill that it should be IMPOSSIBLE for it to break.
Captain Planet, ALL of those rides will most certainly be shut down, probably NEVER to be used again. At the very LEAST until they figure out what actually went wrong.
