I was just wondering how soccer fans are here on RE. I know the sport isn’t too popular in the U.S. but there are still many huge fans of European soccer here.
And is anyone and Arsenal or a Thierry Henry fan?

I watch soccer some times. My brother likes it a lot. and plays it, so we have the Dish package with a bunch of soccer channels. I don’t mind it, but I’d rather watch baseball or football.

I am not a soccer fan really but i would not call it ghey like most people.
You need endurance, skill, teamwork..just like Baseball, football, and basketball.

I thought for sure that there would be people sayin fuck off soccer is gay by now. But yeah soccer is really fun to watch and to play. I just play for fun now when i can but i love watching it on tv and stuff. Do any of you ahve any favorite players?
And please dont say David Beckham :)

Freddy Adu is the bomb because he started when he was 14.....and was one of the best on the D.C. United.

Love footbol. Play u-16, I didn’t play more than two games this season though because i strained my groin....so depressed. But I like arsenal.

yeah Adu is alright. He’s good for his age but he’s not the best 17 or 18 year old (however old her is) pro soccer player. Theres a kid named Theo Walcott that plays for my team, Arsenal, that is in the English Premier League and he is only 18. Adu is only in the MLS which is NOTHING compared to the EPL.

yeah man arsenal is the shit theyre my favorite club. but now that they let my favorite player, thierry henry, go to barcelona, ive lost a little love for them. but theyll always be my #1

Soccer is one of the best sports i personally think. USA won the gold cup today if anyone cared. Not that its a huge/great tournament.

lol way to keep this goin. yeah they played kinda bad against mexico today and still won. i cant believe beasley missed that wide open goal. how do you think the US will do in the confederations cup?
