I read a condensed version out of my literature book. I’ll have to read the entire novel. From what I saw, it looked like a sad book.

I don’t remember what it was titled. It was back in 7th grade.

I know Moose has.
And that movie is called my name is Sam or something like that. It isn’t that sad, but it gets to you.

Who remembers the book with the nigras and the farm and shit? I loved TJ in that book.
We had to read the book and watch the movie for that, too.
Roll of Thunder, Hear My Cry.
The book was good; bad movie.

Whoever makes books like that has a sick fucking mind. Its not a horrer, its not an inspiration, its not the story of a person, its just a fucking sorrowfest. I don’t read a book to be depressed.

Flowers for Algernon was a good book.
I Am Sam made me bawl like a bitch, and I’m not a movie-cryer.
Flowers in the Attic is another good one, that movie is sooooo sad.

I like What’s Eating Gilbert Grape.
"I know a boy his name is Artie,
he’s turning 18 and having a party..."
Another good book is The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night Time. It’s written in the perspective of an autistic teenager who is obsessed with prime numbers. It’s his personal journal/mystery book that he’s writing, and all the chapters are prime numbers. It starts out as him writing a mystery novel about who killed his neighbor’s dog, but turns into a really sad story about him and his dad, and what really happened to his mom and all this stuff. It’s soooooooooo good.
And I Am Sam is an amazing movie.

I read that book this year, and saw the movie too. I didn’t read the whole book because it was in those gay large books full of stories and you got to answer them. It was a good movie.

I read up to about page 90 and stopped but still got a B on the test. My teacher showed us just a bit of the movie because she said it didn’t follow the book very well. I didn’t cry though.
