This egg and his other egg (same thing but with a V2 at the end) is a trap of epic proportions.
So long as you have ONLY done just one of the two cammands listed, you can still come back.
If you only did assoc .exe=.txt
Use... assoc .txt=.exe
If you only did assoc .cmd=.txt
Use... assoc .txt=.cmd
In both cases you will end up with all your t.t files being converted but all you have to do to fix that is either rename it in wondows or while in DOS...
rename C:\\(path to textfile).exe (or.cmd) (path to textfile).txt
EG:
rename C:\\tools\\info\\readme.exe C:\\tools\\info\\reatme.txt
For those who know the rename command and how to work in DOS this should be second nature.
IF YOU DID BOTH COMMANDS:
Since I don’t have a test system setup right now you might be screwed.
By the way, Here’s the n00b who came out with the eggs. He also accepts messages from non-friends so show him no mercy with the spamming.

I was wondering why he changed the cmd association. Could you possibly put the commands in a batch file and run them?

I’ll have to double check on what the assoc cammand can and cannot do. Either way, once both association commands were entered all your .cmd and .exe files would become hopelessly mixed up with the textfiles.
Smart way to piss someone off but it will be a bitch to fix.

Yeah, I was stupid enough to fall for it but I’m not sure if it did anything or not. When I typed in the commands it came up as "command denied" or some shit like that, does that mean it still did something?

yea, i JUST had to reformat my computer because of it, there was absoutly no way to fix it in my case, I lost MANY important files because of it too, and many months of work. talk about being an asshole.
