I think we should all make an attempt to be nice to nUbs. remember, YOU all were one once upon a time. if we keep on flaming them then re would fall apart. instead, just explain to them were they went wrong, like this:

honestly, i think the hazing of nubs in necessary... we pretty much all got it... and if they can handle their hazing, then they become more accepted... i handled the little hazing i had quite well... in fact, i thought it was quite fun... i don’t know many members who don’t like me, other than papoose...
