I can put my music on a DVD+R disc, right? And does it HAVE to be a data disc? Also, what programs are good for burning music, and dvd’s? I’ve been using windows media player but, it isn’t that good.

Use Ashampoo Burning Studio to burn shit and you can’t use a DVD+R on a cd player. If you’re trying to play music from DVD you would need a DVD player. You can create an MP3 CD that would play on an MP3 CD player.

So, yes you can put music on it, but it has to be a data disc. Yes, Windows sux.

Yea you have to use a CD-R disc. http://www.burn4free.com/ I don’t personally use it, but I’ve heard that it’s good. It can burn DVDs and CDs.
