I was just wondering. You know how at like, walmart, almost everything has that little tag on it, that sets off the alarms. Of course you all know, but, you could you just take that tag off? Instead of removing the entire thing? And I don’t care if your going to flame me with a bunch of "shoplifting is for retarded kidz." Don’t care. Because I usually just..like if Im taking a DVD, open the case, take the dvd, slip it in my pocket, ditch or put the case back. But I was wondering if you could just take the tag off and walk out without setting the alarms off? Because, that would be much easier then getting the case open. Thanks if you can help.

If its just a DVD then do what I do: Go and buy it take the disk out then get some shrink wrap to put around it ad then just blow dry it

Yes, you could. But they usually hide multiple tags inside of some items.

A good example of how crazy they get is that they sometimes hide them inside of the soles of shoes.
