I have never made an avatar before but I need to know how to make one with like a bunch of images poping up one at a time like every one second. I don’t know how else to describe it.

So is there like a link or a website that dose it for free

use gimp
gimp.org go there download it along with GTK+ Runtime Enviornment then come ask me for further instructions or search for an egg.

Dodge uses Photoshop and Unfreeze if I remember correctly.

Gimp is pretty good.
Just open each frame as a new layer and save the .gif file as an animation.

Dodge doesn’t use photoshop, I asked hw to do something once and he told me he didn’t.
Use Ulead to put it together after you get the pictures.

Close, Slash.... I use MicrograFX Picture Publisher, and UnFREEz... Good memory!

UnFREEz is the easiest gif animator freeware around. Just resize all the images to avatar size, change them all to gif format, then drag and drop them into the unfreeze window. Then set the frame time. That’s it...
