The servers now monitor for automated surfing patterns and will block a detected system from access for an indefinite duration of time.
Just a heads up.

PLEASE work on IP banning and make sure DIMS always gets a 404 when he comes to RE.

personally i dont think it will work esp if its only blocking a ip....you could just change your ip right??

Dial-Up users change every time they log in. Cable/DSL generally keep theirs. Mines been the same for at least two years. There’s no way of changing them artificially (without using a proxy, which your IP is still the same)

Personally I could never figure out the differences between Static and Dynamic. I though static always changed?

I have cable and my IP address never stays the same for more than a few months. Even if you can change your IP though, it is still going to put a major obsticle in the way of using the autovoter, and if it continues, it will be logged, and the account can just be manually deleted.
