I try’t to make a Saltpeter smoke bomb a few hours ago, 200 gram Saltpeter and 160 gram sugar...
i used a old metal army cup as a container to cook it in, while i was cooking it the handle got really hot and burned me... i flipped the cup over the stove and the 360 gram smoke bomb went off... In 5 sec the whole mixture was burning and i was still holding the cup in my hand, i threw the cup in the sink and wanted to turn the handle so water would come out of the crane but the flames from the smoke mixture where pointed at it... fail...
so i went to the shower and filled a bucked with water and run to the sink to extinguish the burning mass, all the ashes from the smoke mixture went down the drain and clogged the drain... FAIL... This all happend in about 2 minutes, after the fire was out, i just realized the whole house was filled with smoke, i open’t the door and a lot of smoke went out, i started to clean the whole mess and found out the sink was clogged, i detached the strange shaped thing under it and saw this:
This shit smelled like hell, i cleaned the rest of the burnt mess and opened all the windows to get rit off the smoke, i was almost done when i heard the fire truck... again fail... lucky me, all the smoke was gone and they stopped around the corner of my house looking for the source of the smoke.
After about 1 hour my mom got home and everything was cleaned but the first thing she say’t was: "Whats that smell" i blamed the dog... then after a few min she grunted my name and i knew i was fucked... she pointed at the sink where a huge white burning mark was... i told her i was making a egg and a oven mid caught fire, thank god she believed it...
(sorry for only one picture, when the smoke bomb went off i didn’t think of making a picture...)

Baking soda isn’t really easy to get here, also even with baking soda it would go off, i spilled a little on the fire...

The sink was filled half with water, when the smoke mixture was in it it didn’t even stop the smoke or flames... i needed to drown it with a bucket full of water. And when i saw the burning spot in the sink i realized it was a really hot burning mass becuase it burnt the sink underwater.

I used to use a pan but mine was thrown away or just disappeared so i bought a €1,- cup and try’t to use it... so neffa use a metal cup, i think i’ll go for a €20,- camping stove with pan.

Potassium nitrate.sugar smokers are so dodgey. They’re dangerous to make and they don’t make much smoke.
Here’s one I made (and used to make pretty often) which is how a smoker should be. Uses the same chemicals as black powder, so it shouldn’t be that hard for you to make.

The full burn time was 57 seconds but I cut it down to reduce the filesize.
I’ll try to find the ratio for you. I remember the most important part is the nozzle. It has to be 1/8" for this composition or it won’t work. The composition itself won’t even burn in the open. It needs a 50/50 comp/BP prime as well. They’re piss easy to make, work waaaay better than the dodgey sugar ones and they don’t have any flames or get very hot. They’re heaps of fun because you can throw them around to each other or carry them around.

Since Europe is into anti terrorism i’m having a hard time getting my chemicals, even when i bought my salt peter they where all like: "You need a grown up to buy this, whe know what you are gonna make from it"... i’m almost fucking 19 and i need a grown up to get some powder’d cow shit ....
(although that cow shit almost burned down my kitchen...)
And baking soda is hard to get here because they only sell normal soda here, baking soda is dubble dose soda...

Dude, wtf are you talking about, theres almost nothing stupid about it,
The army cup is made from the same materials as pans are, i used a wet washing cloth on the metal handle, only thing is my hand got numb and the cup turned a little so it touched my hand. And overdosing on crack.... i can’t find the connection.

I collected an assload of those pink things in an 8 ring cap gun ammo stuff.
I had like a little bucket full
then i decided to crush it all into dust
I have my hand and face up close
then i put pressure on one wrong, which exploded all the other ones and all i saw was a big flash of light
and thats how i died
hah jk... but underneath my eye was burned as well as my hand
this all happened in my room

another thing that happened...
my friend was over before a school dance
and while we were chilling out in the kitchen, i found a huge cotton ball
and me being the person I am, decided to light it on fire to see what happened
well it just flippin burst into flames... in like a half a second... the whole thing was on fire
i threw it on my wooden counter top right beside a pile of cardboard and panicked ... then found a cup, filled it with water and soaked it before it lit anything else on fire... good times
