Problem with msn: Loader.exe . . ?

Whenever I go to open msn, I get an error box claiming that "loader.exe cannot be found"
I am almost 100% sure that this file had something to do with messenger discovery or sothink, which were both removed. It seems to me that when I have removed these programs, msn still tries to run one of their files, and it can’t be found, so this message box comes up. . .
That didn’t really bother me, as I could just go OK and use msn.
Now, for some strange reason, it has decided that it doesn’t want to respond, so I can’t get in to msn.
Anyone know how to get rid of this?
I have tried re-installing msn countless times, doesn’t work.
inb4 pidgeon, AIM, YIM, GIM ect ect

Just try re-installing negro.
Should work if all else fails.
ALSO.....Download MSN again...Go to Add/Remove programs find MSN.exe and click "Repair" and it should fixor it.

uninstall msn and install windows live messenger or visa versa.
