I trust the people here on RE so if anybody has any previous experience with getting ri of ringworm please help...

Ringworm is really a fungal infection (similar to athlete’s foot). Go to the store and buy some generic foot creme with an active ingredient called "TOLNAFTATE". Use that for a couple of weeks on the affected area - keep using it for a week after it seems to disappear (for good measure).
If you have animals they may have it. If you have been running around barefoot in the yard or gardening you could have easily picked it up.

Bleach stings for a little but it gets rid of it, thats what the wrestlers do at my school, all those fuckers have ringworm.

LOL @ all you dingbats hollerin go to the dr.
Its a skin infection. Keep a ring drawn around it with a pen, keeps it from spreading. Go to wal mart, pick up a tube of Lotrimin. Apply twice daily til it disappears.
If you go to the dr, the most he’s gonna do is prescribe Lotrisone, which is a slightly stronger, more expensive Lotrimin. Or he’ll just tell you go get Lotrimin. Skip the damn co pay and go to wal mart
