Ok, heres the situation, I have a webdirectory site where people can submit their site and some person keeps submiting a masked link that leads to a medical site page about viagra. They keep changing their IP and I keep deleting it and they keep submiting it. What should I do. I don’t have any info on them eccept for about 5 possible IPs.

I have no idea how to track IPs, someone else will be able to tell you when people come on. He needs a nice dose of spammed meatspin

Block all their IP’s. Or, block the masked link(s).

that would be a good idea if it was possible. I coded it myself so it doesn’t have that kind of security to not allow certain sites to be submitted and even if I did they keep submiting it with different numbers at the end of the link, and the other option you mentioned isn’t probable eaither as tehy are users IP that arent closely related at all (ie. 102.*.*.* and 65.*.*.* and 72.*.*.*) so it’s kinda hopeless... Thanks anyways RER, those were good ideas

How are the links structured? Are they pointing to sites that redirect to the viagra site? Are they tinyurls?
If it’s php, you could do this:
$site = $_POST[’site’];
if (str_ireplace("sitetoblock","",$site)!=$site)
{
die;
}
That would end the 5cript if it sees that text inside of the posted site. Put that code (modify it accordingly) before it’s entered into your SQL, or other database.

OR, you could add a bot check to your submission form, a math problem usually does it.

make it so when he comes to the site (if its urs) then make it redirect to jewsnip or tubgirl or meatspin or lemon party or somethin
